MONROE CITY HALL AND MONROE CITY LICENSE OFFICE OPERATIONAL CHANGES EFFECTIVE
MONDAY, MARCH 23, 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
CITY HALL – Dial 573-735-4585 and then hit 1 for Administration when prompted by the Auto Attendant
*City Hall will be closed to the public. You may call if you have any questions, need assistance, etc.
*Payments can be made online, put in the drop box at the north entrance of City Hall or can be made via phone with a credit or debit card. The drop box will be checked daily.
*If it is imperative that you meet with City staff, you will need to call and make an appointment. If you are ill, have been ill, have a fever, coughing, displaying any signs or symptoms of illness, please cancel the meeting. City staff will not meet with anyone displaying any signs or symptoms of illness.

* The south entrance of City Hall will be the only access for the License Office business. Only one customer will be allowed in the building at a time. The door will be locked, so you will need to contact the License office and make an appointment.
